This first par three is a delight. From a tee tucked away in a clearing to the left of the fifth green, players are invited to avoid a copse of trees and three bunkers as they attempt to reach the green. The large conifer to the left of the green is a magnet for recalcitrant balls.
“This fine par 3 has an extremely narrow entrance to a very long green, so make sure the club you hit carries at least a third into the green. The longer you hit it the wider the green gets.”
